Strange problem

I have this domain name http://domainame.biz when i try accessing this site, all i receive is "page cannot be displayed"

But the site can be accessed through this http://ns1.domainame.biz

Why is this??????

i Have finally got the domain name to link to the server. But now when i create client’s accounts. Their domain names do not resolve

i have check DNSREPORT and the clients domain name returns with "lame namservers"

But the nameservers are inputted correctly
