Strange problems....

Hello,

I just got my new server with cPanel. And i have couple of problems:

1) When my clients try to access thier cpanel and whm(domain.com/cpanel, /whm) it doesnt work. Page not found.
but when they use domain.com:2082, :2086 - it works...
?
2) I created couple of new accounts on shared IP. and some work and some dont(when trying to access they ASK to save something... really strange)

Any idea's?
