For some reason, the subdomain creation for our customers has been very strange. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I go to create the subdomain, it creates the directory and acts like it has created it, but going to the sub.domain.com doesn't work. It acts like it doesn't exist. I figured it just needs some time to resolve, but that's not the case because even after restarting the DNS and Apache, it still doesn't resolve. Is there some settings I need to change in WHM? I don't want to have to create a zone for every subdomain our customers create, and I want to figure out what's going on.
