subdomain failure

I`ve been trying to make a subdomain for one of my clients via their cPanel and how ever long I leave it it comes up with a "Page cannot be displayed" error.

Its been 6 hours this time without luck but on another domain the subdomain was live instantly.

Any ideas why it would work on one and not the other?

You may want to check the zone file and httpd.conf for that particular domain.

As well, ensure that that customer has subdomains enabled.
