Subdomain FTP Access problems

I'm having a problem with a blank screen when I attempt to log into a subdomain account (that I created for testing) trying to login to ftp://www.(sub).(domain).com/ The account name is the same as the (sub)@(domain).com just as Cpanel help instructs, and I am able to "log in", but not able to do anything, and nothing shows up once I am "in". I have already created the FTP account for the (sub), yet still, no luck. Anyone have any advice?

Contact your host. As an end user you cannot fix this.
