Subdomain with independent FTP

Hi!

Is it possible to create a subdomain that has it's own username and password to connect to the FTP? I've created a subdomain in my account to host a friend's site but I don't want him to access my files. Is it possible using cPanel or I have to create another account in WHM?

Once you add a sub-domain, create a few Ftp account from cPanel >> "Ftp Accounts" option and specify the directory of the new Ftp user as the sub-domain directory. The new ftp user will have access to the sub-domain only.
