Subdomain Internal Server Error 500

Hello after i was forced to install apache 1.39 yesterday build, when access an nonexistent file the server return code 500 (Internal Server Error) the example http://pagerank.ro-net.org/whatever.php. also when i try to access an rss feed form subdomain

How can i resolve this issue?

What you see in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log and /usr/local/apache/logs/suexec_log?

nothing in that files

only this in subdomain log file

How did you create the file ? Uploaded through FTP ?

ftp upload.
But that file dose not exist. the error message must be 404 not 500
