subdomain list problem subdomain already exist

Hello Cpanel people...

Have a small problem 1 domain got upgraded today and it went fine, but the subdomain are missing from the subdomain list.

They are listed under list subdomains in whm (root)

Is there a way to make them apear back uner there domain?

or

remove them and reinstall them again?

I have a smiliar issue. Some subdomains went missing from a domain. I see it in WHM, and the mail files and everything still exist for it, however in cpanel it is gone. I can't seem to get it removed to re-add. Any ideas on "relinking" this to the user account, or getting it deleted?
