Account is seeing subdomain listed but also has a wierd entry below it;

example.site.com
/home/user/public.html/example

This 'path' entry is in the Setup Redirection, Remove Redirection and Delete drop down menus on /frontend/x2/subdomain/index.html

Any ideas of what this is?
