On an entire server subdomains will not work. The old ones do, but ones made in the past week or two won't. It will let you add them but when you try the url nothing happens. One client says even her old ones will not work. There have been quite a few CPanel uprades between then and now.. so I know it's not the version.

Also, on this server when I try to restart any services I get an error. I wonder if it's connected?
