    Default Submit a Support Request on cPanel

    I am a newbie to cPanel and WHM. I logged into a customer account and saw an icon for "Submit a Support Request" under the x theme. I click on it then I get a page that says just "Support Request Submit". Is there any way I can disable it or make use of it. Or does anyone of a software program that would allow customers to submit tickets.

    u can disable it from your feature manager.
    haven't found yete how to configure it to work. just says "admin hasn't configure it"
