suddenly password stoped working

hello i recently moved my site from old server to new..due to hosting problem..on old server my site was suspended..so i moved it to new host.it was working fine till morning..and then suddenly cpanel password stopped working.but site was working fine

what can be the problem??

You probably still have some account files marked as suspended.

Ask your host to run the 'unsuspend' utility in WHM to fix this even if it is not marked as suspended.
