We have a client who has setup a scgi-bin instead of the cgi-bin.

If we enable SuExec files under scgi-bin will not open we get a internal 500 error. We have tried chmoding the files still get error. These files work fine under cgi-bin with SuExec enabled.

They also work fine under scgi-bin when SuExec is disabled.
How would we run from scgi-bin with SuExec enabled?

I would like to know the answer to this as well. If it doesn't work with suexec, I'm going to remove it from the control panel.

scgi-bin isn't there unless the user clicks "Simple CGI Wrapper" in the CGI Center. If you're saying it won't work with suexec, I'm going to remove it from the CGI Center (I'm using a custom theme). That is what you're saying, right?
