    Default suexec cgi-sys

Just got a new server with:
    WHM 7.1.0 cPanel 7.1.9-E72
    RedHat 8.0 - WHM X v2.1

When I enable SuExec none of the scripts in 'cgi-sys' will work, disable SuExec and they work fine.
I have other servers with SuExec enabled that don't have this problem.
    Any ideas?
