FreeBSD yes. What about SuSE Linux? I know it\'s usually a pain because the put system files in stupid places, but as from 7.1 they have started moving them back to the \'standard\' places.

We want to use SuSe but there arent any good (or any?) control panels available for it![]()

Yes, I like SuSE it works well and the people at SuSE are nice and I have a vested commercial interest in using SuSE.

I think SuSe-Support will be realy nice then I know much People who use SuSe (... what you use RedHat, ohh No how can you ... use SuSe ... *g*), ok for Desktop but when they will have a Server then they want it with SuSe.
SuSe is used from very much People in Germany (Switzerland, Austria, ...) - especially German-Providers use SuSe for there Servers. I think a Support of SuSe will bring more European-Users for WHM/CPanel|NocSoft.

I would like to see FreeBSD support. What ever happened to those FreeBSD builds? They seemed to stop at 3.0...

Nick, I can probably get a beta box for SuSE sorted, but unfortunately it would only be plugged into the ISDN on our office network. We\'ve got SuSE 7.0, but I\'m sure I can source 7.1 from somewhere to give it a crack.

We\'d be interested in testing the FreeBSD version.

Debian is the official GNU Linux distro - and a pretty good one at that. Bear in mind it\'s not the \"newbie\'s\" distro of choice, but definitely a good one.

Matt
Yes FreeBSD is a must. I would be overjoyed if we had FreeBSD version so I could get on something a bit more stable, and standard.
