Suspend Account?

We tried to suspend a account tonight on one of our servers. It shows to be suspended in WHM but yet the site still comes up.

We tried other accounts and it worked ok showed suspended and showed supsended page. Just not this one.

What could be causing this. At one time I think we changed the username on this account.

I know this is a stupid question but you did a whois lookup to make sure the account is still on your server??

Have you used the 'Modify Suspended Account Page' yet? Seem to remember something about Suspending sites and this page -- having to use it at least once. Just a long shot mind, but I have to wonder, if you also tested at least 2 other accounts to see if they have the same problem.

If yes, the problem is probably Server wide and a ticket submission would be in order.

If not, then the problem is the with that specific account and gives you a starting place.

I tested with 10 other sites all them work fine. Just this one has the problem.
