Suspend/Unsuspend Acct Problem

Hello,

Im having a problem with suspend/unsuspend functions. When i try to unsuspend an acct, i got an error which is :


!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The user 'xxxx' is not suspended (password is not locked).
If this account is partially suspended, suspend the account
to make the account fully suspended before unsuspending.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And not all suspended acct is not listed in "Suspended Account List".

And most of the suspended acct is not suspended actually, the website still can be reached. But the users cannot login to their cpanel.

Just follow what it was said.
Re-Suspend the account, and unsuspend them.

What do you do when you resuspend them then unsuspend them and it still says suspended when you go to the domain?
