Suspended Accounts Dont go on suspended list

When i suspend an account, it doesnt go into the suspended list. I recently moved server so i think this is the cause.

Well it is kind of wierd, some accounts do go onto the list, but most just dont get listed but do get suspended.

does the site able to be browse even if you have suspended and is not in the list?

Try run a /scripts/upcp and suspend the account again

I have this same issue.

The actual account is suspended from use but it does not show in the list. I also did a recent server move.

I will try running the command you gave and see if it helps.

in my case there's no server move, but when i suspend a account it is still accessible from browser.
I checked from different ISP, its not cached copy.
I tried re-suspending the account again and whm says, account is already suspended.
Iam on WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C94

any suggestions ??

you could try running /scripts/unsuspendacct username then run /scripts/suspendacct username and then check the site
