Suspended cpanel accounts, unsuspended only FTP

I have cpanel server and I need suspended cpanel accounts, but I need to go ftp. how I unsuspended cpanel ftp (with ssh)?

Just to make sure I understand you want to un-suspend just the ftp privileges for the users that you have already suspended, is that correct? Please let me know if you have any other questions.
