Suspended page dont work

Hello,

I suspend an account through the WHM and it is listing in the WHM suspened accounts. But when i take the domain in the browser the actual index page of the domain is coming up. There is .htaccess in the public_html directory of the user. It also has the following contents.

RedirectMatch .* http://serverhostname.com/suspended.page/
Options -Includes -Indexes -ExecCGI

There is the directory suspended.page under the /usr/local/apache/htdocs. What could be the problem.

Can you see the suspended page while typing http://serverhostname.com/suspended.page/ on the browser? If so, the problem is with the browser cache

If not, check the DocumentRoot in httpd.conf whether it is /usr/local/apache/htdocs.

It is 01:53 PM CST, I just clinked on http://serverhostname.com/suspended.page/ and your suspension page works just fine.
