Default suspended.page in a users directory

    Hi,

A web site owner has told me a "suspended.page" folder has appeared overnight in their public_html folder, the account is not suspended.

Anyone know why this is happening?

    Is this a reseller account?

When that reseller suspends their customer's accounts, the customer will be redirected to http://example.com/suspended.page/ (where example.com is the resellers domain name) - hence any details they want to show up for their suspended customers should be put in that directory.

But no accounts were suspended and the folder suddenly appeared over night.

Likely a cpanel update. It's a nice feature. Resellers can easily create their own suspended page.
