suspended.page - wrong redirect and missing content

Hi,

I have a domain www.montrealchefs.ca

I logged into WHM and suspended the account, when I did it placed a .htaccess page in place which points to http://www.bignose.ca/suspended.page, which does not exist.

I understand 100% how to fix this, that part is easy.

What I'm trying to understand is

1: Why did it choose to go to www.bignose.ca? Why not it's own domain?
2: Why didn't suspended.page exist? Should that file exist, or should it be an Alias in apache, or a .... ?

1) The suspended page normally resides on the reseller's account that owns your domain, or the hostname if owned by root.
2) It isn't a page, it's a directory, and it should be created when an account is given reseller privileges. Check your public_html folder.

No problem, It might have something to do with the wordpress blog on that site since wp uses a lot of mod_rewrite rules, but I can't be sure.

Edit: another screwy post ordering, cmon cPanel get your server times in sync!

Bignose was the reseller. Sillly bignose.

More likly at one time i blew away bignose/public_html and then installed wordpress, thus hosing suspended.page

All good now.
