Suspending an Account

Can anyone tell me the full ramifications of suspending and then unsuspending an account in WHM? Or are there FAQs on this topic somewhere?

I am interested in knowing what happens to Web pages, Email activity, user cPanel logins, user FTP logins, user Web Mmail logins, etc., when an account gets suspending and then what happens to all of this when the account gets unsuspended.

I did a search in the forum threads and could not find this information. Thanks.
