It seems that, it is security alert so please delete ".wapi" from /tmp directory.

If you are using CSF/APF, remove the file from /tmp and don't forget to restart the firewall. Otherwise, you will keep receiving the mails.

i always remove that file from /tmp, but how to prevent not going to reporting again.

Try to whitelist the file name in WHM >> ConfigServer Security&Firewall >> lfd file Ignore
