Has anyone else got problems with thier x theme?

on any x theme my customers and i get an error popup on login:

Error on line:1
Syntax error

I have gone into the frontend dir and gone though the stdheader footer and index pages and see no problems myself

Has anyone else experienced this, or know of a fix?
