Syntax Mismatch

when i was at my client's cpanel, i found that the email accounts showing 0/8, there is actually 7 accounts under this account which can be seen from Shell.

when i was creating new email account, system shows syntax mismatch..

Seems the cpanel is not sync with the server..

anyone having the same problem?
