'System Backup' Download problem

I have daily 'incremental backups' in the server. Everything is fine, but user cannot download the backup from cPanel into their pc. The files like 'Friday_2009121.tar.gz' is 0kb (empty). It happened in all my servers. I have upgraded to WHM 11.25.0 and it's still the same.

Can somebody help me on this?

Hi,

What are the actual sizes of the backup files on the server itself? Are they of 0kb? I think it maybe a browser problem if they arent of 0kb in size..

The size is similar to the user's hosting size.

Eg. there is 100MB in backup, but when downloaded, it will become 0KB

I have tried both in IE7 & Mozilla, and the results are the same.
