System Integrity Monitor Problem

Hello

Before I had never problem my old config (easyapache2 and apache 1.3.x series) But when I update my site to EasyApache3 and Apache 2.2.26 series my problem begin.

Everyday I received this mail from my system


Jan 7 22:20:07 server sim[26906]: {init.httpd} another process is running an init operation on this service, delayed till complete.
Jan 7 22:24:01 server sim[9152]: {glob.sim} cleared stale lock file.
Jan 7 22:24:01 server sim[9431]: {init.httpd} service failed socket check.
Jan 7 22:24:01 server sim[7118]: {init.httpd} service failed process check.
Jan 7 22:52:02 server sim[1595]: {init.httpd} service is offline (7 events).
Jan 7 22:52:02 server sim[1595]: {init.httpd} cleared semaphore arrays.
Jan 7 22:52:02 server sim[1595]: {init.httpd} service has been restarted.


I'm already check my logs and finds this lines...

[Mon Jan 07 22:52:02 2008] [emerg] (22)Invalid argument: couldn't release the accept mutex
[Mon Jan 07 22:52:02 2008] [emerg] (43)Identifier removed: couldn't grab the accept mutex


Any idea or any suggestion for service check script and also restarting stopped service.I was happy with SIM before

You should not be using SIM on a cPanel server. It clashes with chkservd and you can quickly end up with race-conditions attempting to restart the same daemon.

But I had never problem on same server apache 1.3.x and old easyapache series.I'm using this script since 2 years same server

chkservd service restart stopped service every x minutes ? (x is example 5min,10min or etc)
