System Mail Preferences - Cpanel's Mail?

I'm setting up a new server, and I see a new option in the System Mail Preferences screen that isn't explained.

There's a new setting for mail titled "Cpanel's Mail"

Noramlly I would only modify the Root's Mail, but now this fourth option???

I didn't find it in the online documentation, and the description ... well, there isn't any.

If I don't change this, what will I be missing?

Someone programmed this into Cpanel, doesn't anyone know why?
