tailwatchd repeatedly failing

Hi there everyone,

I've got a virtual server on which tailwatchd has begun failing repeatedly. Today, I've received four notices that it had failed and a restart would be attempted.

I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this. I'm not seeing anything in the logs to raise an eyebrow and the load on the server is quite low when this is happening. It's not happening on a particular timeline(hourly, half, etc.) either.

Any help sorting this before it becomes something serious would be greatly appreciated.

No help here, but the same problem. /var/log/messages showing segfaults for tailwatchd.
