Default Terminate Multiple Account from root is Causing HTTPD failure

Hello this is a on going problem and Im searching for help!
Any time we terminate multi accounts as root it is not deleting all the files in the http.conf and there for on restart http fails.

this is a read out of what is going on,, at the present our HTTP is down because of this. Im not sure how to or what to delete myself in the http.cofig and am wanting to learn as this happens any time we terminate more than 3 accounts from root .. This has happened from resellers terminating accounts to.

    [root@XXXXX ~]# su
    [root@XXXXX ~]# service httpd restart
/etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd not running, trying to start
    httpd: bad user name userwas
/etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd could not be started

Any one have help for me learning how to fix this on my own. And why this is happened almost Every day.
    Thank you

Which version of cPanel are you using?

With all things aside as you want httpd running and as you are not sure how to modify httpd.conf readd the group and restart, just use this

    groupadd userwas
    /scripts/restartsrv_httpd

You probably have some left over data in /var/cpanel/users or /var/cpanel/userdata

You should open a ticket @ https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/ so it can be found and removed.

    In the mean time run

    /scripts/checkbadconf
