This is from WeboPedia at http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/T/TFTP.html
Abbreviation of Trivial File Transfer Protocol, a simple form of the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). TFTP uses the User Datagram Protocol (UDP)and provides no security features. It is often used by servers to boot diskless workstations, X-terminals, and routers.
Here is another explanation from http://www.inetdaemon.com/tutorials/internet/tftp/
Trivial File Transfer performs file transfer without a login to a remote machine over UDP port 69. As it is a UDP protocol, it is referred to as an unreliable protocol because it does not verify that the various parts of the file arrived intact. Any application that uses TFTP is responsible for verifying the integrity of the file. Trival file transfer is used by Cisco routers to download their configuration files and by Sun Sparc workstations during the Jumpstart process.
I will leave it up to you what you want to do with it. Looks like it may have been left over when your box was set up but only a guess. I have not heard of it being used by cpanel but I may be wrong on that also.

    Thanks for your complete explanation.
I think that Raccess is giving a false positive. I'm looking for tftp in my box and I can't find anything:
It's not running, ps doesn't show it
nmap doesn't show port 69 as opened
APF doesn't has port 69 opened
The command "yum list installed" does'nt chow the package as installed
I've tried to connect via ftp and port 69 and I can't connect (from remote and form local)

So I am sure this is a false positive.

    Thanks
