Is there any way to create a new FTP account from PHP?

I need to integrate my PHP backend on the website with the FTP account creation feature in CPanel 10 (running on a dedicated host together with WHM), just like in "Manage Accounts" feature. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks a bunch! Looks like there's no other way but emulate HTTP post... seems a bit unreliable though.
