Is there any way to get email delivered to a box if it is owned by user.user?

My inboxes keep getting changed from user.mail to user.user this happens with server accounts on serveral server.

In my crontab I currently have:
* * * * * /scripts/mailperm >/dev/null 2>&1

You've been told often enough. The forums are not the place to seek support. You should log a ticket through your cPanel license provider.
