Is there any way of resetting cpanel back to 1st use

hi everyone i have deleted some files from logging in to my ftp site, and these are important files to do with the site, is there anyway i can reset the files and folders in cpanel as to when i first used it, i have a back up of my website on local hdd, so thats not a problem its resetting the cpanel thats the problem

Any help would be gratful

Terminate the site and restore the backup...
