Default Is there such a thing as a sucessfull remote account copy?

It seems nothing ever copies fully. I did a bunch of moves for a cleint of mine yesterday (around 40 accounts) - And all accounts utilizing Mailman lists, didn't get their mailman lists copied over. I know this is easy to do by tarring up the physical directory on the remote server, but I do not have root. How can I copy these Mailman lists over successfully? I wish CPanel had more options that worked 100%, then tons of options / software that worked 80% of the way.

How large are the accounts (total) that you are trying to move? Do you have root access to both servers or are you using the second transfer option?
