Third nameserver problem

I can't add a third nameserver somehow.If I add it at edit setup it disappears when I go to edit setup again and when I add it at manage nameserver IPs it stays there but doesn't get added anywhere in the nameserver files and a ns3.*.db file is missing too.

Are you clicking the save button after adding it?
