third party apps not fully loading

i am having some problems with a lot of the applications that are opened from cpanel. the ones i've noticed are Horde, Awstats, and PHPMyAdmin. there may be others, but i'm not quite sure at this point. on all of these items, the user logs in and the page partially loads with a sidebar or something, but the actual content is never fully loaded, it just sits there and acts like it's loading for up to about 5 minutes and never does anything.

has anyone else had any problems like this?

Are you having the same problem with the cPanel as well? Did you update the cPanel by running: /scripts/upcp --force
