    Default third party software

I have a few clients using their cpanel to access some of the third party softwares offered therein, like the phpBuletin Boards and the shopping cart software, and installing them. The problem is, they then expect us to support these softwares when they don't work properly, or worse... when installing them wipes out other files critical to their original files - like an index.php, etc.

How can we disable, or turn off these options from inside their CPanels so they cannot install these products, please? Gosh, I pray there is a way. )))

Thank you for your time and help.

    Loginto WHM,

You need to make a Feature Set (or edit default) and juct uncheck thoughs and they will no longer appear in there cPanels, You may then need to go and edit the packages that you have set and change the feature set to the one you just made or edited
