    Hi guys,

    I had the same problem with many servers and what chirpy (thanks) suggested is working ok but when I am doing an update manually or when cpanel is doing then the problem comes up again.

    Is there a way to remove completely that problem apart from removeing the cron to update the cpanel?

    Thanks

    Default http config broken after going back

    going back to cPanel version 10.2.0 fixed our box trapper issue [mail errors].

    no we have a fata error with httpd config file that is it seems impossible to fix unless we upgrade again. So if we upgrade again we have the box trapper issue.

    Hi all

    one off my clients had also the problem, when he sends an email, it's being delivered, but the client also receives an "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender":
    Time::HiRes object version 1.65 does not match $Time::HiRes::XS_VERSION 1.72.

    So, I executed Chirpy's commands:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper => gave the same error: OK

    rm -fv /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper => OK

    /scripts/upcp --force => OK

    Then try running this again:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper
    and hopefully it should just give a message: Unable to locate information.

    => NOT OK, it gives: " /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper: No such file or directory"

    Could this be a problem ? I say this because since I did this yesterday, I receive less mail as normal, maybe 50%. Also a client complains that he doesn't receive anymore email at all...

    FYI: I am running STABLE build WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83

    Do I have to fix boxtrapper or isn't this a problem ?

    Thank you !

    I would recommend going to RELEASE that's what I did and it worked perfect!

    Indeed. As I mentioned in a PM:

    The issue with boxtrapper on STABLE is that cPanel have withdrawn it from cPanel Pro, which is why it doesn't reinstall. You would have to go up to the RELEASE tree where cPanel have now integrated boxtrapper into the core product.

    Sorry I missed this part

    If running the following gives the same perl module error:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper

    Then I'd try:

    rm -fv /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper
    /scripts/upcp --force

    Then try running this again:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper

    and hopefully it should just give a message: Unable to locate information

    in ssh (root login) do it :
    rm -fv /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper [enter]

    latter do it:

    /scripts/upcp --force [enter]

    them try

    root@same [~]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/boxtrapper

    you see

    "Unable to locate information."

    thats all ~
