Tip:Fixing repquota issues and slow "List Accounts"

I've noticed this on couple of our FreeBSD 6.x servers lately. We noticed List Account function in WHM is running extremely slow.

We traced the problem to corrupt /home/quota.user file

Just remove that file, then run /scripts/fixquotas

This appears to have corrected the issue.

Mainly, noticed on FBSD 6.3 that the folder /home/.cpan/build/ contains a folder named Archive-Tar-1.38 which is the source of the problem. chowning that folder to a proper user seems to fix it.
