    Default Tired of loosing customers

    This happens continously - users are being suspended for exceeding their bandwidth limit when they had 5-10 visitors in a months and were allocated 3-5GB of bandwidth. There is obviously a problem with cpanel and I know that many others have experienced the same problem. Now I'm loosing a customer because of this. She is simply tired of this happening again and again so. cPanel.net - is this a difficult problem to fix since nothing is being done to correct it?

    What you haven't done is do a ticket to Cpanel... have you? Do it in WHM and send one if you haven't.

    If you had a ticket done, they'd answer you pretty quick... They got to me today on my question..

    Also what build? version? I never had that problem, so I do not know what you are talking about.

    Can you give more information please?

    Under "tweak settings" in WHM there is this option:

    Disable Suspending accounts that exceed their bandwidth limit (will clear all suspensions is disabled)

    Do you have that box checked?
