Tomcat broken after cPanel upgrade

After upgrading cPanel, I started getting emails about Tomcat failing over and over. I then removed the add-on module and re-installed it. Since then, Tomcat will not start. Is there any known issues about this? I am running the latest release version of cPanel.

When you say the latest RELEASE build, which version are you talking about specifically? I ask as there have been a number of new builds today and so there may be a newer build out already that resolves this issue.

At present the current RELEASE build is 10.8.0-RELEASE_8.

I am upgrading again now to the latest Release version. I will let you know if that makes any difference.

please install tomcat through backend. It may help to solve the issue.
