Hi,

I have created a lot of forwarders for example.org account via cPanel->Forwarders->Add forwarders, and disable boxtrapper for all those forwarders. But when I click Trace for any forwarder, it only shows this message (the original message is printed in image format, so I have to retype it):

Forwarders in other accounts in the same server show the normal message, such as:

Anybody know what caused this trace problem? Thank you.
