Transfer account from another server error

Hello

I've tried to transfer account from another server using WHM command "Copy an account from another server with account password"

If I fill domain name, I got error like this

21:39:41 ERROR 404: Not Found.

I'm using WHM 7.4.2 S117, and another server using WHM 7.4.2 R116.

Anybody can help me ?

Try the servers Ip address instead of the domain name. Just a guess.
