Default Transfer entire server but keep same IPs?

I currently have a RH9 cPanel server. I built a new server running CentOS 4.

The RH9 server is the primary DNS server, I have 2 DNS ONLY servers that sync with it.

Is it possible for me to move all the accounts to the new CentOS server using multiple account transfer, but keep the same IPs?

I want to transfer to the new server but at the same time keep the same IPs. My guess I would have to manually turn off the IPs on the RH9 server and then add them to CentOS server. I would then do account transfer accessing RH9 from its main server IP and not the IP per each web site because they have been turned off. I would then have to add them on the CentOS server using the same IP as the old server.

Is there a better way to do this?
