    Just copy the files in
    /usr/share/ssl/certs
    and
    /usr/share/ssl/private
then copy the SSL entries in the httpd.conf file.

The entries you want to copy start with <IfDefine SSL> and end with <IfDefine>.

If you have WHM, you can do it from the SSL MANAGER section. This will list all the certificates on the server. Just save the different pieces on your local computer. Then go to the new computer and add them using INSTALL SSL

I don't know of any way if you don't have access to the computer. Your probably need to contact the SSL company and get them to transfer it.

No. You need the private key file to be able to use the certificate. If you purchased it recently, many certificate issuers will give you a new one, you'd have to ask the company where you got it from (you'd need to cbasically create a new one and send them the new CSR), otherwise you'll have to simply buy a new one.
