Transfering account from ensim server to whm server

Hello,

I am transfering account from ensim server to whm server . I am trying it from "Copy multiple accounts from another server " option . While transfering the account everything is transfered properly but database is not transfered. It is copied from old server but not restored at new server ( whm server ) .Aslo i am not getting any error while restoring database

You'll have to dump and restore your MySQL, manually. This is one of the issues many people have when transferring accounts from Plesk and/or Ensim to a cPanel powered server.

May I ask how you did this? Specifically, what do you enter in the CPanel transfer forms to get this to work (usernames, etc.)? I have failed transfering and I get time outs all the time. So, I am wondering what I am doing wrong. if you can help, I would appreciate it.

I am transferring domains thorugh cpanel server whm (WHM >> Transfers >>Copy multiple accounts from another server ) then entrying ensim server details Or You can transfer one account thorugh WHM >> Transfers >>Copy an account from another server .

select Remote server type is: enxim
and entry all root login details or username details of that particular account
