    Default Transfers from Plesk to cpanel

    when i was installing the cpanel,i have some questions:
    1) I use the plesk before, i want to transfer all data to my new server,
    but i dont know how to backup the plesk system and transfer to cpanel, dose cpanel release the psa backup tool?
    2) Then, how to restore the files to the cpanel

    P.S. I am using psa 5.0 and Freebsd 4.4
