Trouble downloading Language File from Cpanel

Hi I am in a middle of a Cpanel to Cpanel server transfer, but I am having a lot of trouble in downloading a custom language file made by myself in my old Cpanel. I just click to download the language file in question, and then I got no answer.

So, anyone can help me in how can I get this language file?

I am running on a redhat enterprise 3 and the Cpanel version is: cPanel 9.9.2-S8

the file itself is in /usr/local/cpanel/lang
